Gideon Esurua

Gideon Esurua is a Geologist and Serial Entrepreneur; graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is also an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He worked as Quality Control Seismologist for Western Geophysical and then moved on to Chevron Corporation/Versa Tech as Consultant Geophysicist supervising Halliburton, Geco Prakla-Schlumberger etc.

He left to set up Xenolith Group and today he is the Chairman of the Board. Xenolith Group has interest in the following sectors: Oil & Gas, High-Impact Procurement & Services, Renewable Energy, Information and Communication Technology, Disruptive Opportunities in Emerging Economies, Quick Service Restaurants and Real Estate Development. He also serves on the board of the Noble House Group and the Nigerian board of Association Of Christian Schools International (ACSI) which is in 106 nations as a way of giving back to the society. Gideon is widely travelled and has engaged in business transactions in Asia, Europe, Africa and the Americas. He also currently serves as International Treasurer for the largest Christian Businessmen's organization found in over 150 nations, the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship International (FGBMFI).

He brings his competencies in the areas of Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Project Management and Implementation, and excellent contacts with Federal Governments in West African Region and other nations to bear on the board.

Louis R. Viana

Louis R. Viana is CEO and stockholder of Xenolith Group. Louis brings his expertise as a successful entrepreneur, operational manager and environmental & industrial engineer. He has been practicing the environmental engineering field for the past 25 years. Prior to becoming part of Xenolith, Louis led and founded LRV Environmental Inc - a firm specialized in offering environmental and engineering services to the Department of Defense, US Army, US Army Corp of Engineers, General Services Administration, US Postal Services, Federal Aviation Department among other federal branches. At his tenure in LRV Environmental, Inc. he was responsible of obtaining the Small Business 8(a) certification, a certification that allowed the company obtain millions of dollars in multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Contracts with the Department of Defense. Previously he was an environmental engineer representative at Eli Lilly Industries, one of the US top Fortune 100 pharmaceutical companies. Here he participated in the development of the Environmental Engineering Department and was also in charge of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operations, Cogeneration Systems, Utility Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Training, NPDES Storm Water Permitting Negotiations with EPA, Management of Hazardous Waste and Laboratory Analysis. With his leadership and technical background he participated in multiple EPA negotiations avoiding multimillion-dollar fines.

Mr. Viana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, and a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Science, with a major in biology and minor in chemistry, from the University of the Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Risk and Resource Management from the Metropolitan University of Puerto Rico. Louis is also a graduate from the Dartmouth TUCK School of Business Executive Business Program in New Hampshire. He is a lifetime member of the Entrepreneur of the Year Institute, honor only given to Ernst & Young awardees. He is the Chair of the Puerto Rico Empire State Trade Association (PRESTA) organization that facilitates business between the Puerto Rico islanders and mainland. At the present time Mr. Viana is pursuing his Doctoral degree in Renewable Energy at the Earth and Environmental Engineering Columbia University’s Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science in New York. His research will be focused in developing new technologies to optimize energy recovery by means of diverse patented technological approach.

Mr Femi Adefila

An Accounts major graduate from the Ondo State College of Education and an Associate member of Chartered Management Accountant. He is a trained Auditor and Accountant from L. Abiola Gbadamosi & Co and Hamzat Subair Folami & Co.He worked as Company Accountant for many years with Bras Ventures Ltd. He is an associate Partner with Moronkeji Oluwafemi & Co.

For over a decade he has served as CFO for the Xenolith Group.

Kate Bassey

Kate Bassey is bachelor of science graduate in Linguistics from the University of Jos. She is also Chief Executive Officer of the Quick Service Restaurants brand of the group - Mamaputt Redefined.

She worked with Coscharis Finance & Investments and Amiette Investment Limited respectively. For 10 years she worked with S.C. Johnson Nigeria Limited (an American multinational manufacturing company). A certified ISO 9001:2000 Auditor, she has attended numerous in-house and external training. In preparation for her role as Chief Executive Officer of Mamaputt Redefined, she attended the Service Management Program at Lagos Business School.

Nsikak John

Nsikak is an IT Solutions Architect & Business Analyst with over 15 years' experience in Designing, Developing, Deploying and Supporting Enterprise Business Solutions. He worked as a computer analyst in the Public Service before moving on to V-Mobile Nigeria (now Airtel). He also worked in strategic technology roles in Computer Warehouse Group Limited, Arit of Africa Limited, Sunnet Systems, Exchange Data Systems Limited and was Chief Operating Officer of ProcentricIQ Limited, Lagos.

His core work area in the last few years has been in the area of helping business organizations achieve optimal business process improvements through change initiatives from earlier legacy business architecture/platforms to contemporary open source, bespoke platforms. He has successfully managed the development and implementation of this platform changeover across several industries including Telecoms, Oil and Gas, Insurance & Banking, Manufacturing and even public organizations. He is a key resource in e-government strategy and consults for an array of Organizations and NGOs on people impact IT based projects and programs.

He holds a first degree in Computer Science from the University of Uyo, but his professional qualifications and competence spans the areas of Technology Risk Analysis and Vulnerability Assessments, Technology/Business Impact and Gap Analysis, IT Infrastructure and Process Audits, IT Due Diligence and Benchmarking, IT Project Mgt, Training, IT Services Outsourcing, Performance Mgt, Strategy, Architecture and IT Blueprint Development. His e-Learning and Education Technology Solutions have won International awards, and he is a highly sought after speaker at e-Learning Conferences and workshops all over the world.

Glory Odujirin

Glory Odujirin is a Performance Coach, People Manager, Certified Facilitator and Certified PRINCE 2 Project Manager and MAP Certified. Her over 18 years experience participating and leading social planning, social policy implementation projects and capacity building initiatives has been in various sectors including Non-Profits, Government and the Private sectors in the UK and Nigeria

She holds a degree in Chemistry from Ahmadu Bello University; also a graduate of the Bill Gove Public Speaking Institute, USA. Amongst numerous responsibilities to her credit, was her role as an Inter-governmental Relations Consultant to the Nigerian High Commission in the UK. She has consulted for organisations such as NIMASA, NDA, Lagos State Government, NigComSat, Protocol School of West Africa and Empowerment Support Initiative (ESI).
